We have meticulously worked with our client to assist them in digital transformation which was – to design and create a Quality app especially under the real estate domain, to revolutionize the way people find, buy, rent, or sell their properties in particular buildings. 

Our process to the journey of digital transformation was followed by designing the outline of the quality app. This newly and transformative designed ‘quality app’ is a go-to –platform for individuals and professionals, contractors, etc., to find out how they have delivered their entire project.

This app’s objective is to ensure the quality of products, methodologies, and other things that have been used to make this project secure and reliable.  The quality app is built on assurance service, and it is backed by a robust foundation of in–house management standards. The app is backed by consciously designed procedures, guidelines, and documentation to ensure consistent, high–class results that elevate the product performance and reliability throughout.

Challenges 

 One of the challenges we, as app developers, touched by was finding a thorough understanding of both user wants and the competition landscape.

We also created a layout and outline for market differentiation and market gaps by carrying out in-depth market research.  We encountered technical difficulties, including performance optimization, security flaws, compatibility problems, and integration with outside systems. When creating the app, we faced a huge number of data handling issues. The substantial data resulted in performance hitch like sluggish loading times, a non-responsive user interface, and higher memory usage. Sometimes, assertive users experience become dissatisfied. Handling a sizable dataset can make the process of developing an app much more difficult. Issues with data extraction, synchronization, manipulation, and storage may arise for developers, making codebase maintenance and debugging more challenging.

 Database problem 

Ineffective database design can result in redundant data, inefficiencies, and trouble with updating and querying. Resource contention, inefficient database queries, and indexing issues can cause performance bottlenecks which further lead the program to lag. Standard methods for resolving performance concerns include growing the database infrastructure, refining indexing procedures, and tuning database queries.

Low server configuration

Insufficient server setups can correspond to poor application performance and delayed response times, mainly when processing massive datasets or managing several concurrent user requests. Low server setups could not have been able to handle rising user traffic and data volumes efficiently.

 Inaccuracy in gathering data from multiple or different regions—In this particular app development project, we have witnessed that there is a single project director who looks after multiple or multi-region projects, so sometimes it becomes a challenge for him as well as for the system to inject and present accurate data, which again can create problems and compromise the efficiency of results.

 Construction site problem – the project was studied over construction site areas, and as we can understand, a construction site is exposed to extreme and uncertain weather conditions and temperatures. On the other hand, there were instances of occurrence of delays and shortages in the delivery of materials or subcontractor services that hindered the project timelines. Along with these challenges, Construction sites were also exposed to some unannounced  several intrinsic risks, including the possibility of falls, heavy machinery accidents, electrical hazards, and exposure to hazardous compounds.

 Objectives 

The objective of the app was to understand the QSI, which was quality service. This was the process which was undertaken to ensure that our app development results align with the business goals. We installed QSI to corroborate that we deliver the best quality tracker app development expert. The app is backed by languages like Angular, a popular frontend framework that provides a comprehensive solution for front–end development. React Native is used as a framework for mobile applications to provide a native life experience to users while offering the flexibility and productivity of web development.

DotNet is a cross-platform, open-source development platform that offers libraries and tools for creating various applications. 

In summary, there is a combination of backend technologies (.NET) for managing data and server-side logic and frontend frameworks (Angular, React Native) for creating user interfaces. By combining these technologies, we have created an ideal quality check app that includes both front-end and back-end elements.

 Solutions 

We created a specific backend solution that contains the application’s business logic. The concept behind the Quality app is that it would be possible for both property owners and those looking to buy real estate to appreciate and determine the quality of each room in an apartment by learning about the building process from the very beginning to the very end. 

We aimed to increase your real estate chances with only a few smartphone clicks when we created the Quality app, where you are able to evaluate the quality check of your apartment with a few clicks.
